Tracy Rose Denham – Founder/Executive Director
Tracy Rose Denham is the Founder and Executive Director of First Foundations, a nonprofit dedicated to helping young adults transitioning from foster care and homelessness establish safe, stable homes and sustainable independence. She launched the organization after recognizing a critical gap in support for youth aging out of care — many without reliable adult guidance, practical life skills, or essential household resources.
Under Tracy’s leadership, First Foundations provides furnishings, home essentials, mentorship connections, and practical support that helps young adults build confident, functional lives. Her work is guided by Christian principles of compassion, stewardship, and personal responsibility, while serving individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs. Tracy brings a background in journalism and community advocacy, along with a hands-on leadership style focused on dignity, accountability, and measurable impact.
